This may or may not be such a good idea and I don't want what I'm about to say to cast any negative conclusions about myself,
but I was wondering if anyone here could post a few typical expected Questions which a interviewee may face during a interview for a general java position. You could either be a manager or someone who has been the interview process a few times.

I ran a query through the search engine here using the word "interviews". I didn't get much, but you may find it helpful to run the same search.
It looks like Ray Marsh is running a parallel thread asking what questions to give in an interview. Maybe there's a potential synergy here.
I think that since many come here for certification, after they get certified and are ready to get a job, they don't always stick around to report on it. Maybe if I mention to those who get certified that there's a forum here for discussion on the process of getting a job, they'll come over and get into it.
