Help me with registration

I am Makwana Bharat. I had taken SCJP 1.5 exam (code : 310-055) on july 13 2007.But when I tried to register at http://www.certmanager.net/sun, with my registration number and site number , I could not register there , it says We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again.BTW i cleared scjp with 91%

please help me with this
