Doubt related to answering SCJP questions

Hi,

In SCJP 1.5 exam, is it written on the question that how may options are correct or, how many options I need to choose??

One more thing, to answer a question correctly if we need to choose 3 options correctly and I choose 2 options correct and 1 wrong. is the whole question becomes incorrect??

Please help me in clearing my doubt.

You need to choose all the correct answers, else the question will be marked wrong.

To your question, imagine half right answers were correct, and you give answers (X) like in the following:

What is Java (tick all that apply, answers=3):
 
(X)     A Programming Language
(X)     An island
(X)     A [I]Departement[/I] of France
( )     A rare disease
(X)     A variety of coffee
 
 

Do you think, if you have four right and one wrong, you answered correctly?

Thanks a lot for clearing my about answering any question in SCJP.

Somehow, I have become more confused, I am not sure that wheather the number of correct options will be written in the question or not.

Please help me with this.

So, the summery is in exam whenever Sun gives any multiple chioce question they mention the number of correct options as well.
