i am giving a scjp 5.0 exam on 2 august ,can some one suggest me how i will prepare so that i will prepare within 1 week and gave the exam secure good percentge and which mock test i will prepare

within one week remaining I think you should focus on solving as many mock exams as you can, you can find some links here.

Whizlabs is useful, I practised through it and the nuances it tells you does help. In all the answers, after you solve the mocks, there a small explanation, and generally those explanations make a point for us to remember. Remember them all and you would be good.
