Taking up SCJP 5 exam in october 07

Hi Ranchers ,

I have the fundamental knowledge of Java and i am planning to take up SCJP5 exam in october 07 . So Can anyone suggest me that is it possible to pass the exam with a good percetage if i will start preparation now ? Waht will be better way for preparation ? Please suggest me some books also apart from K & B which may help me .

Of course it's possible and I'm pretty sure you will be able to do it What I can suggest you to do is to read the study guide and do mock exams. K&B is one of my favorite book, but I believe there are other good books out there.
