I have mucho stock options coming to me in about 10 months. I will purchase 100% of them. Any advice about getting the most welth and the least tax?

World domination is good, but last week I ran across a site called mystockoptions.com. Haven't messed around with it much, but it seems very user-friendly and geared towards stock novices.
Just in case you don't look good in a despot's uniform...
