I will be going to the job fair today in the bay area. I have never been to one before, I have no idea how it goes. Do they conduct any technical interviews on the spot or ask to take any test? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Net Fair is a GREAT event! There's a resume-review service on site (although I think it's too late to make changes once you arrive) and tons of employers, little gifts, and job-seekers. Most employers come prepared to collect resumes and conduct interviews on site, but I haven't seen any on-site testing take place; it's not really set up for that. Basically the interviews are pre-screens that can lead to other interviews at the employer site, although rumor has it some people have received offers at these things.
Hope you have a good time; it's very well run and I think, a pretty cool event.
Stop it! You're embarassing me! And you are embarrassing this tiny ad!
