I cleared my SCJP2 yesterday with 91%. I have more than 2.5 yrs. exp. in Software. Now in which direction shall I move? Can I get a good job (may be in USA)based on this certificate w/o good experience in Java?
I am thinking of SCJD now.
Please guide me.

It is hard( but not impossible ) to get a good job with just the certification and no experience. Perhaps you should think of SCJD to supplement your certification with some project experience. You may also want to consider learning the HOT java technologies like Servlets, JSP, EJB & J2EE etc.
Just a suggestion
Good luck,
Ajith

I am moving this thread to Jobs Discussion forum where career champions can give you more valuable guidance.
