I have two job offers, one with a small software house using java and weblogic as some of their tools(has projects lasting approx 7 months) and another with a large software house using websphere and IBM San Francisco project with java on a 3 yr project.
They are offering same salary, same industry (finance) but I have not used weblogic or websphere before. I am a junior java developer and would appreciate any advice from those who have been in the industry for long on the two technologies and their future and any advantage of working with a small or big company.
