I am preparing for SCJP 1.5. While going through first chapter of K&B I came across this line

The volatile modifier may also be applied to project managers

It may be my lack of understanding about what volatile exactly does, but I somehow could not register this in my head...anyone want to shed some light?

Hi Jaideep,

It seems that you have just began shaping your career in IT industry. As soon as you would grow in the industry you would be able to get the irony in the author's volatile modifer statement.

Do keep me posted when you realise the same.

regards
