pencils and papers will be provided by the testin center to the examinees.. however the no. of sheets needed HAS to be asked by the examinee only.. gen, the center will provide only SOME no. of sheets for workin out the ques..
hence its always safer to procure ENOUGH no. of sheets to work out the ques so dat he/she does not run out of sheets and thus waste time askin for them..
This has been a real issue in some cases, and unfortunately it's inconsistent from test center to test center. My understanding is that some centers will give you a couple of sheets of paper and a pencil, and that some will give you a dry erase marker and a small tablet (these are terribly hard to use!)
If you can choose between a few different test centers I'd say it's worth it to find one that will give you pencil and paper.
