I am a science graduate with Physics as my major in the first grade.
I have done a Computer Networking - CNE (Certified Novell Engineer Course)
I am interested in pursuing now a programming field and am interested in going for JAVA ie. SCJP.
Is it going to be good for my career or not ???
Are there any possibilities for me to get H1 Visa after I get SCJP ???
Please advise.
Thank you.

Hello Bipin,
Switch over to java without any fear.People with non computer and non science background are switching to java platform and they are able to survive with good jobs in various mncs.As u are from science background(Science in the sense, don't u have maths as a subject in graduation?)Try to analyze the subject thoroughly and work intensively on various applications and then aim for jcp.Regarding the chances for h1-b,I don't think ur jcp might bring u h1;but ur experience in java as software engineer might be helpful in obtaining the visa.
All the best for ur future.
Radha.

Dear Radha
Thank you for your advise and best wishes.
This has definitely given me a good encouragement.
I also had maths in my graduate course.
I hope it will help me
Thank you once again.

I think she's lovely. It's this tiny ad that called her crazy:
Java file APIs (DOC, XLS, PDF, and many more)
