How to practice code samples apart from K&B book.
Its really tricky to solve code based Qs.

I find Collections, generics, serialization, thread, quite difficult to understand and implement.

I am planning to give the final exam next Tuesday, 2Oct.
But m pretty tensed as there are lot of tricks n traps in Exam Qs.
I hav already postponed my exam since many days.
How do i go about it. Even I wanted to score well so that i can get it reimbursed from my company. atleast I should be in position to disclose my scores in front of my manager,

Any Suggestions??

The K&B book is very good and covers everything you need to know for the SCJP exam. Besides that book there are many other mock exams available; you can find links to some of them in the JavaRanch SCJP FAQ.

A good way to learn how it all works is to experiment. If you don't understand something well, then write some small programs to test out and learn for yourself how it exactly works. Try lots of different things, see if the compiler gives you any error messages, and if it does, try to find out what the error messages mean exactly and correct the errors. And ofcourse, if you don't understand a specific problem, ask about it here on JavaRanch!

Many mock exams are a little bit harder and trickier than the real exam - if you do well on the mock exams, then there's a good chance that you will do well on the real exam.
