Hey Sree,

HF Java isn't intended to be a study guide for any of the Sun certification exams. We hope that it's a good intro to Java, and if you don't know very much Java it might be a good place to start, but it will NOT prepare you for the SCJP. We have another book that's intended to help you study for the SCJP exam, people around here call it "K & B". Also, there are other books that focus on the SCJP exam, and there are a LOT of mock exams available too.
