I have been approached about doing a site for a bed and breakfast. I am wondering how much I should ask for and what to advise in the way of hosting.

hey randal,
if its just plain html with some javascript your probably looking at $35/hr.
Hosting goes for about $20 a month but they can find it cheaper if they dig.
http://www.ispcheck.com/g/ has a few hosting providers they recommend
Jumpline offers php, mySQL, and webmail for $15 which ain't bad. dreamhost.com seems alright as well.
