Dear Friends,
I am having telephone interview on EJB,XML,Weblogic5.1.0 from U.K. in the next week.
Please help me by giving some ideas on basic to advanced questions.
What are all the common questions will be asking in interviewes?

Srobin Frank - Hi, I've got a couple of questions you could look for.
1) Explain the difference in Container Managed Persistence and Bean Managed Persistence.
2) Explain how an EJB is set up - Home and Remote Interfaces, etc
3) Explain the difference in parsing a document with DOM vs SAX.
4) Explain the advantages and disadvantages in DOM and SAX.
5) Explain the different types of elements in an xml document ( elements, node, attributes, nodelists, etc)
6) Explain how to set up weblogic and how to cluster weblogic - where property files go, classes, etc
7) Know how weblogic handles the servlet and ejb containers and connection pooling.
8) Know how to deploy ejbs to weblogic
I work with these things everyday so I'm trying to list important topics that someone should know if they came in for an interview. If I think of anymore, I'll let you know. Ken

Srobin Frank:
For more basic Java questions - and some basic managerial type questions you may be hit with - look down about 20-30 messages in this board.
I am running a bit behind this evening and don't have time to grab the links - but you can find the messages by looking on through this forum.
Good luck in the interview.
Please!!! Get back to the group after the interview - let us know how things went. Let us know what types of questions were asked (both managerial and technical) - so we can all learn from the experience.
Thanks in advance,
John Coxey

So I left, I came home, and I ate some pie. And then I read this tiny ad:
