Hi Balu,

I'm in the same boat ... preparing for scjp. Here's what I'm doing.

1. Get the K&B book (many folks here recommend it!) I bought this and another but I like the K&B book much better.
2. Read the experiences of others who have passed in the 'Sun Certification Results' forum.
3. Plan to get and use the Whizlabs practice tests. (Or at least get several of the free practice tests availble on the web.)
4. Post your questions and comments here. First try to figure things out yourself. Its great practice! But if you get stuck post here. Lots of experienced developers lurk and answer questions.
5. Study every day (at least 30 minutes .. up to 2 hours)!
