Hi guys,
I was having interviews lately. and searched for interviews tips, questions. I have collected them as a document for you to be a referance.
You can find General interview Question, Java interview Questions, EJB interview questions and answers to those question. I hope this helps.
Remember it is not necessarily the best possible candidate who gets the job, but rather the person who can prove during the interview that he/she can meet the employer's needs. The majority of job applicants don't interview as effectively as they could and thus delay their employment. Many job hunters have benefited from professional coaching to polish their interviewing skills. This document will help you to polish your interview skills.

Do a search in this forum using my name, and you will see that we had a big discussion on interview tricks/tips/questions.
They are probably 40-50 messages down in the list by now.
Check them out - they give some good tips.
Right now, the USA job market (for us junior level Java/C++ programmers) is pretty weak. Even for those of us with advanced college degrees.
I have some things in the works - will post as they develop.
