SCJP 6.0 exam harder than the 5.0 ? (210m - 65%)

I saw on the Sun website than the SCJP 6.0 exam is longer (210min vs 175min) than the 5.0.
And the pass score is 65% (47/72) for the SCJP 6.0 vs 59% (43/72) for the SCJP 5.0.

So my question is : Is the 6.0 exam harder to pass than the 5.0 ?
