Free retake promo from Sun

Sun is offering a retake promo. It looks like you can retake the exam for free if you fail the first time.

I apologize if someone else has already pointed this out. I hadn't heard of it, myself.

I believe the special is valid only if you purchased the voucher with the promotion code or after March 1 2008. I missed out by a day

I'm going to buy the voucher in a week, so does that means i can retake the exam as many times as i want. Also is this scheme applicable in India?
