Is SCJP 1.4 exam expired i want to know the true facts about this. and also why Sun removes 1.4 exam tips from their site

I have put in for the 1.6 upgrade but I nearly just sat the full 1.6 proper as its the same cost in the UK and as a lot of the questions are 1.4 compatible that would be a lot of 'free marks' for me , i.e. I'm expecting the 1.6 to be harder for me as presumably it is more oriented to the new stuff.

Shame Sun doesn't offer the exam at US prices, we pay pound per dollar and then double again for the upgrade exam :-( I tried contacting them about this there reply was 'its not illegal' not that I ever said it was just unfair.
