I will give SCJP exam within next 2 months and I had heard about Sun retake exam promotion, Please clarify do these kind of promotion available in India and is there any chance of renewing of this promotion within next 2 months

No. It is not available in India

I want to ask "Is it fair ?"
Or what could be the reason that it has never been here in India !

Sure is. We get seasonal discounts that others dont. They get free retakes that we dont.

Agreed! Discounts are better compared to Exam Re-take

Definitely it's not fair!
But in India voucher costs 6000 INR ... about 150 USD, and in Poland it costs 750PLN ... only about 350 USD! However I have cold comfort - for this "small" extra charge I can take free retake
