Hi

If you click on a sub-section of the forum the breadcrumb navigation is no longer available providing no way back (other than via the back button) to other areas of the ranch.

Note that this forum has

JavaRanch Big Moose Saloon This Site JavaRanch

at the top - click on a sub-section (like the "This Site" link) to replicate.

Cheers

Hmmm, works for me. When I click on This Site in the breadcrumb navigation bar, I get:

What do you get? What happens? Does it work on other sites for you?

I think he means that after he gets to that view, there is no more breadcrumb navigation available. Personally, I hardly ever use that particular crumb. I either go to "JavaRanch Big Moose Saloon" or the forum I'm in (in this case "JavaRanch") because I usually do not wish to only see a section of the list of forums.

Ahh, now I understand. Thanks.

Likewise, I do not use the breadcrumbs. I find that between tabbed windows, and the "Hop To" choice at the bottom of threads / thread listings, I rarely go to section lists.
