Can a constructor throw an Exception ?
If so is there a generic type of Constructor exception.
I've searched but haven't found any.

And be careful with inheritance, if the base class constructor throws a checked exception:will not compile. In this case class B has to provide a constructor that throws an Exception, too: compiles fine.
