Do you think that it would be worth it to take a job with less pay in order to gain EJB experience on WebLogic? I currently know Servelts, JSP, JDBC and use JRun but probably will not have an opportunity at my current job to learn much more. Is it worth it? How much more marketable does that make you?
Thanks
