Voucher prices may vary. But i heard its 4000INR these days and should be valid for one year generally. You can check the expiry date on it.

Friends I am from Delhi and Ranchers say that In delhi
also voucher cost Rs.3500 to Rs. 4000 but i cant find any center
giving at this price. If you know one then please inform me.

To the best of my knowledge, NIIT was having a discount till 15 Sep 08 and the discounted price was INR 4000/-. I dont know any other vendor who is offering it for INR 3500/-.
