hi,
I am working as a java developer for the past 8 months.I have a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering. My question is, how important is a master's degree. Should i continue with my job and gain experience or go back to school for a master's degree?? I am unable to decide at this juncture. should i go for a degree or gain experience? Could anyone guide me in this aspect .
thanx in adnace,
shankar

Keep the job. Go ahead for the degree. Some firms pay the tuition for the employee.
