difference and role of System Analyst, Business Analyst, System Desinger, Programmer Desinger?
I mean what exactly i have to do in above positions?

Analyst - No Coding - talk to the business people, find out what the business dudes want. Interpret that and inform the programmer what needs to be done.
Programmer - Only Coding - Gets the requirements from the above mentioned analyst, and codes the changes.

That is a huge misconception! It's not uncommon for a programmer to spend little time coding. Much time is spent planning, writing specifications, writing documentation, running tests, designing, meeting with other groups, etc.

The difference between a System or Business Analyst can vary from company to company. Sometimes they are actually the same job.
An example of Business knowledge would be knowing how the stock market works. And an example of System knowledge would be understanding how your company processes a stock order. Does that make sense?
