Is there a way a variable can be printed on top a Graphic object? Im just thinking if java coding can do what other visual programming tools can do. Like Visual Foxpro report or Crystal report. Thanks and more power.

A Graphic object does not contain an image, it is used to draw to a component or memory image. The field of Java graphics is huge - one starting point is the tutorial at java.sun.com

Oh, thanks Sir, it's great hearing from the author of Java Exam Cram( btw, I bought your book from US delivered to Phil.).
I have a follow up question, I can already print what is in the window using Java, but Im just thinking if it is possible that I have an image(ex. jpg format with blank fields) then I'll put some variable data on top of that image. Thanks again sir.
