Following your good advice I solved my initial mail not sent problem. Now the thing is this: I want to send the mail from a Applet but it doesn't work. What i mean is: the browser loads the applet if i don't instantiate any mail related object, but it doesn't start the applet when I want to have a mail object.
Thanks

Is there any exception displayed in the browser Java console? Could be that it is trying to instantiate an object that is not included in the codebase or that it is trying to create an object that violates the Java sandbox (permissions issues).

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
