regarding sending special characters subject line in mail

I am having a simple java program for sending mail. I want to use utf-8 bit encoding for special characters. The problem is when the message and subject contains special german characters then they are not shown properly in my outlook. So, i used

where msg declaration is

This code solved the problem in message body but what do i do for setting content in subject also to utf-8. The function i am using is

have get any solution for your problem ,please reply I am facing same issue and no solution on internet.
