Cornell
Brown
NY PolyTech - not Ivy League, but great school for techies

The cool thing about Berkeley (or any Univ. of Calif. campus) is that if you're a resident of the state of California, tuition is dirt cheap. It's gone up some since when I was there in the '80's but I paid $500 per semester for all the units I could take.
