Is it possible to run a matlab simulation from a .bat file which feeds input to it, and the .bat file itself is also controlled from a java or better for me if c++ program which manages input from the user( only the right six keys of the keyborad are used to encode ever key through multiple pressing techniques .

External commands and processes can be started from Java, as was pointed out in the answer to your other question.

I'm not sure what you mean by "control the .bat file from Java". You can certainly write the .bat file from Java, and then execute it, but you can't write into the bat file while it is being executed, and somehow pipe those characters into Matlab.

But it might be possible to control Matlab directly through the Process object referred to in the answer to your other question.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
