I want to play a video (mpg) using JMF in full-screen exclusive mode. The second thing is that I want to do the rendering myself. Is there a way to let the video play in the background, and then when the time to render comes, I can grab the frame from the buffer and render it to my Graphics object as an Image?

The reason I am asking this is because I am writing a game and there is a contiuous loop:

while(running){
logic();
render(bufferGraphics);
//sleep
}

I need render(..) to draw the current frame of the video everytime it is called.

If it is a long explanation a good site or e-book reference would be great thanks!
