What I have now are :1,full access to a Microsoft Exchange Server which is used in our company now 2,Tomcat installed

I am new to javamail. Can anybody suggest the way to achieve the goal?any tutorials, suggestions are welcome!

Have you had a look at the JavaMail FAQs? These include basic "how-to"s and list a few examples. I would also recommend you use something like dumbster initially to make sure your JavaMail program in itself is sound. This saves the headaches you get trying to debug a program in a technology you are new too while also worrying about the possible infrastructure issues that might arise.
