Please reserve this forum for advanced Java questions. This has been moved to the Other Java APIs forum where JavaMail is discussed.

"vin pll", you have previously been warned on multiple occasions regarding adjusting your display name to meet JavaRanch standards. This is not optional, and this is your final warning. Adjust your display name to comply with the required standards prior to your next post.

Failure to comply will result in the removal of your account.

"vin pll",

I think the issue here is, with very few exceptions, most people's last names actually have vowels. And your last name is not one of the exceptions that is commonly known. This is why you are being challenged under the "obviously fake" clause of the naming policy.

Please provide materials to validate your screen name or take a moment to change it. (And do so in a timely manner, as you seemed to have exhausted all of your warnings)

Henry

Thank you, vin. Now, how to use JavaMail? Well, if you download it you will find some example code in your download. And there is an FAQ that contains a lot of useful information too, I recommend you read that.

The JavaRanch J2EE FAQ has a number of helpful links regarding JavaMail, e.g. introductory articles, especially this tutorial, which has plenty of hands-on code examples, starting with simple topics.
