Hi, I want to log the logger messages directly to database using the JDBC appender. Any idea where can i find proper documentation, or if someone has worked with it, can you please guide me with it. I am using Oracle database for logging messages.

Thanks in advance,
Sid.

Just use a JDBC appender .Configure this in log4j.properties or xml with proper/required attributes for this appender. That is all.

Check this.

Many more are there in the web.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
