Hi All,
The day has arrived finally. I am ready to goto school again. I got admission into the Masters degree program (Germany)given below .
course details
I am a Java developer(1.5 yrs exp). I have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Electronics). But now to join this course I need to quit this job. Many people are against my decision to quit the job. But I dont want to miss this opportunity to pursue my higher studies. I had to struggle a lot to get admission. Even though I have decided to go for the degree (i.e. quit this job), I thought I can get some comments from you guys.
The university is a famous one and so also is this course
Steve

I gave a lot of thought to doing an MSc. Here in the UK MSc programs are not really worth taking a year out of work for (I have BSc Physics).
Personally I think doing an MBA gives better opportunities, unless you want to do highly technical work.

Assuming your an under 30 person, I think getting an advanced degree is an excellent course.

Another possibility would be taking something like one of the UK's Open University M.Sc courses. Do you have such things in Germany?
