If there is such a "shortage," why are there so many Java developers looking for work? The insinuation is that ALL of the Java developers looking for work do not have the "skills." I cannot believe this. With all of the tens of thousands of people looking for jobs, none of these have the "skills." This seems like more ITAA and H1-B promoters public relations crap. They are trying to bolster their case more "skilled" H1-B workers need to be imported. They just need more cheap labor.
