javamail with apache james

Hi all,

I just started learning how to use javamail with apache james. I have gone through this url

But when I try to run sample class Iam getting this error.

SENDING message from red@localhost to blue@localhost

javax.mail.SendFailedException: Sending failed;
nested exception is:
javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses;
nested exception is:
javax.mail.SendFailedException: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for blue@localhost

pls help if anyone knows solution.
