I got an unsolicited email detailing a "Swing Developer" contract position in Beaverton, Oregon, that starts out with stuff like:

3 or more years of Swing (JDK 1.3 or 1.4)
5 or more years performing object modeling, preferably Swing.
5 or more years developing applications using object oriented language like Java.
1 or more experience with using open source libraries (like LOG4J from apache.org)
1 or more experience with using third party swing components like (Sitraka JClass3.6)
3 or more years of designing UI based on MS Windows standards.
3 or more years developing applications using application servers like Weblogic or J2EE compliant application servers.

and they're probably wanting to pay $50 an hour
