Hi,
I am SCJP2 and SCWCD; plus I have 3+ years of industry experience.I have worked on EJB and JMS while on project but never actually worked on servlet, jsp on real life project.
One of the recruiter asked me whether I have real life project experience on the above topics.
Can anyone suggest or give any ideas on how to gain practical real life project experience on these topics??
I have enrolled in one of the open source projects but what I have found is, it is in very early stage, for the past 7/8 months it's still in design stage. I know that design should take 80% of the project time and coding should be 20%.
But I need something quick so that I can show the recruiter my work.
Any ideas? suggestions??
Thanks in advance.

Start your own project (open source or personal) or join an open source project which is further along.

Hi
What's this "open source project" that you are referring to? I too would like to join that, since I am in a similar situation.
Thanks
