I have seen your other posting that you want to pursue Masters through Online.
Vasudha, speaking with getting Job after MS in mind, if you pursue masters Online 99% of the time you will not have any practical experience.
May be designing a small database system or some small programs in a language of your choice. I have done my masters through ( I dont know If I can mention the univerisity name or not) distance education.I think the Online masters is useful if you are working and want to add a degree to your portfolio/resume. Again from the posting I infer you are not presently working and want to get a job through Masters degree. My school did not help me in getting a job till now. I am doing some odd job (non-IT job). Also I have to tell you, you will need lot of motivation as there will be little help from the school. This is from my experience.I dont have any information on University of Phoenix.

Can MS in Computer Science help to seek a job in this market?
I need some opinion on MS in Computer and Information Systems, which includes business subjects besides databases, networking and web.
Which of the two would be a better choice?
