I am searching for a way to take my result set and save it to a LOB field in a table. I am hoping I can find a way to accomplish the feat without having to Serialize the result set to a file. Also, I am still unsure whether to use a BLOB or CLOB field.
Thanks,
Keith

java.sql.Blob and Clob have methods to read/write with streams, so you can serialize your result set directly to the field. If you don't have any binary data, I'd use the Clob.
