Hi! I will be interviewing several Java Programmers next week and I need to put together a 15-20 question test for canidates to take. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be including for a Junior-Mid Java Developer and/or where I could find some tests I could use? I don't need them to be Certification level. I've passed that and I know its stuff not everyone should/would know!! :-D -Matt
You just need to ask me my address, social security number, which medical plan I'd choose, and what flavor of caffeine I prefer. OK, on a less serious note: What's the job description? And should this maybe be in the jobs discussion forum?
Heh, ya let me do a background check on you first. :-) I wasn't sure where to post the question. I can move it to the job posting section but I wasn't sure if it would be appropriate there either. The job is a Junior/Mid Java Web Developer. Tomcat, mySQL, etc. I was hoping I could get a reference to a site or site(s) with some decent questions so I don't have to spend time putting something together. Not much free time right now. Hence why we are hiring.
