Hi my frindes

I want to solve the library problem :
I have four random files , two are indexes and the other are for data.
The first random file is for index to authors :I want to save in this file the name of every authors and pointer to his books in second file.
The second random file is for data of authors :I want to save in this file the information about the author .
The Third random file is for data of topics :I want to save in this file the topics and associated with data of authors (second file).
The last random file is for index to topics :I want to save in this file the name of every topics and pointer to the name of topic in topics file.

How I can associate this files together

Welcome to the JavaRanch, John. Please adjust your displayed name to meet the
JavaRanch Naming Policy. User names cannot be obviously fake and must constist of a first name and a last name.
As for your question, it sounds like you are working on a project for a class. One learns to program by writing programs, so I don't want to deprive you of your education by giving you the answer. You'd best do your work yourself and if you have a problem with the assignment, consult your instructor. We'd be glad to help you if you run into compiler errors you don't understand or want us to look at your code and give you a helping hand.
Good luck!
