Seems to me to be not unreasonable for a senior-level web developer. No salary was stated, so I'd expect it to be commensurate with the level of experience.

But Bibeault, They asked for an Asp programmer and they will pay an Asp programmer salary only.
That's what I think!
What you say now!

You won't know until you talk to them.
Typically, an ad like this usually means "someone who knows ASP can pick up JSP or PHP quickly enough to handle occasional small projects."
If you are very good at ASP, the others are a given if you have the inclination to learn them. You query a database, you display it, or update or insert. An occasional if/then or switch...they really all do look the same after a while.
And if you use Dreamweaver MX or Ultradev (which is listed) it is the same process to create an application with ASP, JSP, Cold Fusion, or PHP.

I am not surprised, job requirement is like this nowaday. I saw many of the job ad like this, the skillset list is at least 70 % to 80 % as long as this one.

I agree with Don Liu, no matter what you do, you still are not programmer enough for them. Pretty discouraging eh!?
