Hi,

I want to read the above mentioned packets on the server side. I will get these packets as streams and not some http requests. it means that clients will connect through TCP/IP. Is there any useful api for doing this?

Well till now I have learnt that the packets are 4 bytes each...

My server clients will be mobile phones connecting through tcp/ip port...

How would I know that I have received a 4 byte chunck through a live connection?

Sounds like you should use a Socket. Try this tutorial. Does that help?
