Hi all
Yesterday i attended an interveiw..after the technical interview i was supposed to speak with HR...It took nearly 30mins...everything was going fine...but for 7 mins ,HR was getting phone calls...when the phone rang he just received it ans started to talk...he didn't mind that i was answering ...this happened 5 times ...but i stopped answering when he got a call..is there anything to be noticed i.e anything i should have followed ...

Typically you don't need worry abt that, your HR shd excuse to you for that or atleast he/she should have informed you in earlier that he/she is waiting for an important phone call.

IMO your wasting your time. Ok, once is excusable, on the second time you should have asked them to switch the phone off or take if off the hook.
I've had enough interviews to know thats not the kind of place I want to work for.

I wouldn't be so quick to make that assessment. The HR person could have been expecting a very important phone call. I would not base my judgement of a company simply on the behavior of the HR representative, but then again, it's their job to represent their company as best as they could.
Considering the current job market situation, I would completely overlook it!
