Helllo
I am Java professional working on web development projects. My area of expertise includes JSP, servlets, java beans etc. I have also cleared SCJP ( 2 yrs. back).
The opportunities for further learning and growth are almost negligible in my current organization. I have finally decided to look for better opportunities….but I have no idea of job market…can u pl. throw some light on what is the kind of question and interviewer is most likely to ask?? How should I update myself…what is that I must learn ??… Suggestions and learning from ur own experience are most welcome…
Thanks a lot
Lusha

Hi,
The continous learning and growth is depended on each employee. Some companies provide certain incentive to encourage the employee to sharp their own skills and knowledge. Under the law, they don't have to.
I don't know your base. The western countries opportunities are shrinking like a dried plum. I earn a living in the niche market.
Cheers,
MCao
